The Vtcoin Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the continued development of vtcoins and the promotion of Vtcoin applications. The development of the vtcoin Fund will be conducted jointly by the Bitcoin Foundation and the vtcoin fans to monitor the expenditure and use of the project and to ensure that funds are used reasonably.
