The Rio Verde Horsemen's Association serves the unincorporated area of Maricopa County, Arizona, lying east of the Scottsdale city limits, south of the Tonto National Forest, north of the McDowell Mountain Park, and west of the Verde River, excluding the communities of Rio Verde, Tonto Verde and Vista Verde. Voting membership is only open to property owners in this area. Non-voting membership is available to property owners outside the area.
